FAMILY VALUES
Family values must be at the core of everything we do. Lauren will be talking about the importance of family values throughout the district, but it’s more than just family values that we need to hold on to and appreciate. It’s also the value of all we have in this Valley – our rich history, natural resources, and our local treasures. Treasures like our parks, museums, and educational institutions. Lauren wants to make sure we continue to maintain these treasures that make this Valley such a special place to live.

Our goal is to focus on education from kindergarten through career employment.
We plan to accomplish by doing the following:
Board of Educations
Work with the board of educations from Austintown to Lowellville to enrich every district with state assistance.
Creating Opportunities
Focus on partnering with workforce agencies, business associations and trade unions to provide alternative education opportunities and career paths for our children.
Work With Leadership
Work with leaders in each city to create a regionalized, job-ready workforce.

Invest Public Dollars with Care, Transparency, and Accountability
I will work closely with county departments and residents to build responsible budgets—securing state and federal grants, managing mandated programs, and ensuring every tax dollar is invested wisely in services people rely on every day.
Plan Responsibly for Growth, Infrastructure, and Long-Term Stability
I will participate in comprehensive and capital improvement planning to guide smart land use, maintain roads and public facilities, protect natural resources, and ensure county investments are aligned with long-term community needs—not short-term political pressures.
Strengthen Essential Services Through Active Oversight and Collaboration
I will serve on boards and committees related to parks, libraries, public health, corrections, and other county services to ensure programs are effective, coordinated, and responsive to residents—from early childhood through senior care.
Be a Strong Advocate for Our County at the State and Federal Level
I will represent our county’s interests in Columbus and Washington by communicating local needs directly to lawmakers, advocating for fair funding of mandated programs, and promoting policies that strengthen public safety, infrastructure, public health, and economic opportunity.
